Officers and Directors Elections: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer shall be elected to the Board of Directors. There are 6 Regional Directors and 6 At-Large Directors. Each elected position serves a term of two years.
Terms of Office: The terms of the President, the Secretary, 3 Regional Directors, and 3 At-Large Directors begin following the election at the Fall meeting of each even numbered year. The Vice–President, Treasurer, 3 Regional Directors, and 3 At-Large Directors begin their terms after the election at the Fall meeting of each odd numbered year.
Term Limit. A Director who has served three (3) consecutive terms may serve additional terms only after a one (1) year absence from the Board of Directors.
